3 Rossertstrasse was built about 1880, attached to 1 Rosserstrasse. It was an apartment house with rental units on four floors each with a balcony. There was a mezzanine on the ground floor. It's style is described as "late classical" (spaet klassisistich) plus a mezzanine. It's
façade was marred by a rough surface coating put on sometime later.
